Order Policies
All orders from viewutopia.com are send directly from Utopia’s hq in Hope Bagot, England. Thanks for your direct support. Dave will autograph CDs by request, at no extra charge (subject to availability, and if it won’t delay your order).
Shipping: We charge £2.50 for all items UK based and £5.00 for all international orders. All our payments are via a secure server which accepts visa, mastercard, amex, discover & paypal. We do not accept phone orders by credit card but will take verbal orders, which we will ship once payment has been received by post or electronic transfer.
Availability: All items are in stock unless otherwise stated.
Processing time. All orders are processed as quickly as possible, and shipped within 24 hrs of receipt. Orders paid by cheque or electronic bank transfer will be held until payment arrives. For phone orders please call: (0044) 1584 891116.
Pre-orders: Any order that includes a new release pre-order will not be shipped until all items are in stock. If you wish to recieve the other items immediately, please order them separately.
Shipping methods: All UK orders are sent first class. All other orders are sent via Airmail standard class.
Order status: To enquire if your order has been shipped, please contact sales@viewutopia.com.
Returns: Returns are only accepted for defective items. Cancellations: We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. For any genuine mistakes (such as ordering multiple copies by mistake) please contact sales@viewutopia.com and we will refund monies at our discretion.
